    Cecil's place is the best place to eat in Jacksonville my goodness it has the best burgers in all the land!! I can't express how good this place is to eat at its quite and friendly folks the food is absolutely amazing if your in Jacksonville,AL you have to eat at Cecil's or your just missing out!!
